About Think Launcher

Think Launcher is a small independent studio in Preston, Victoria, Australia. It builds practical analytics and AI tools that help small retailers sell more and keep more of what they sell.

What it's about

Small retailers have plenty of data and very little time. The goal is to turn it into one clear answer: what is costing you money, and what should you change?

What exists today

• Margin Guardrails, a live Shopify app that finds loss-making products and suggests fixes.
• Landrio, a live Shopify app for true landed cost: freight, duties and fees added to your product costs.
• A free profit calculator.
• Short guides on margin, pricing and discounts.
