I'm Pritpal, a solo founder in Victoria, Australia. I'm helping a few small retailers work out where their profit goes, free while I'm starting out. In return I'd like honest feedback, and to hear what problems you're facing.

The free margin check

You send me the selling price and cost for up to 10 products. I send you back a one-page summary showing:

Your profit per sale after card fees, shipping and returns
The break-even price for each product, the lowest price that doesn't lose money
How deep each product can be discounted before it starts losing money
Anything that looks off, such as a cost that seems too low or a product that loses money at full price

It uses the same maths as the free profit calculator and the guides on break-even price anddiscounts.

What I need from you

For up to 10 products: selling price, what each costs you, and any shipping you pay per order
Your payment fee (for example a percentage plus a fixed fee) and roughly what share of sales are returned
A simple list or spreadsheet is fine. No store access, passwords or tokens are needed.

What it costs

Nothing while I'm starting out, and only for a small number of stores. In return I'd like your honest feedback on whether it was useful and what was missing. I'll aim to reply within a few working days.

The honest limits. This is general information to help you think about pricing. It isn't tax, accounting or legal advice, and I can't see the whole of your business, so check big decisions with your accountant. I can't promise any result.
